12 Days of Gratitude | Day 8 MY HEALTHY GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR PREGNANCY

Beautiful and healthy skin is achieved by what we put into our body and what we put on our body. In this video I share my #greensmoothie recipe that’s delicious, full of nutrition and easy to blend up. This has been my go-to drink for getting the #vitamins I need into my diet during #pregnancy. I also give this drink to my two toddlers and they love it.

Green Smoothie Recipe | Drink Daily

1/2 bag of kale
1/2 bag of spinach
8 oz of aloe vera juice or water
1 Large granny apple sliced
1/2 sized of fresh ginger
3-6 medium stalks of celery
8 oz of fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple in juice if you don’t have fresh pineapples)
1/2 of a large english cucumber
1/2 of the juice from a large lemon
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Add pure honey to taste

The 12 Days of Gratitude is a reflection of my level of gratitude to God for family, friends, customers and situations in my life.
