The establishment of /ˈBÄDĒ/ was the answer to my battle between my eczema and commercial store-bought products. I spent most of my early years, in Florida, wearing long sleeve shirts and jeans to conceal dark flaky patches on the back of my knees and inside my elbows. Living in constant heat and humidity was brutal.
Inevitably, I began intensive research on my skin condition and became more selective about what I put on and in my body. Slowly I began to see a difference. After years of frustration from seeing my skin at its worst with no product on store shelves to offer relief, I formulated my first bar of soap. This was the birth of the /ˈBÄDĒ/ line. It wasn’t too long after that other all natural skincare products were created. What started off as just a soap company has blossomed into what you see today.
